Janice Branam is the founder of The Franchise Bridge Builder and a co-facilitator with the CU Denver Change Makers program. Her work integrates more than 30 years of experience in franchise operations, training, and executive leadership with a deep commitment to helping people navigate meaningful transitions.
After completing the Spring 2024 Change Makers cohort, Janice launched The Franchise Bridge Builder to help individuals translate their corporate experience and transferable skills into franchise ownership. She brings a practical, grounded perspective to her work, supporting people as they evaluate opportunities, clarify fit, and move forward with intention during times of professional change.
As an alum of Change Makers, Janice brings firsthand insight into the participant experience along with facilitation experience from prior cohorts. In the sessions she leads, she creates space for reflection, thoughtful dialogue, and forward momentum, drawing on both her professional background and her own transition journey.
Beyond her consulting work, Janice is passionate about supporting families navigating complex personal transitions. Along with pastors in her church, she leads The Table, a support group for traditional Christian families with LGBTQ children helping foster understanding and connection across theological differences. In her free time, Janice trains and competes with her bird dogs and serves on the Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Vizsla Club.
