This program builds a solid foundation in construction management, focused on overseeing schedules, budgets, quality, and safety during the full life cycle of a project. Students take construction engineering and management courses, engineering courses, and courses from the Business School and the College of Architecture and Planning.

The BS in construction management encompasses engineering, engineering management, business, and architecture. All students will complete a construction capstone design course. In addition, the program requires the student to complete at least 12 weeks of a full-time internship. This can be done with an architect, engineer, contractor industry, or government agency.
