CU Denver Credentials Needed for Logging into Shared Podium Computers

OIT continues to enhance cybersecurity efforts to protect our campus, university systems, and sensitive personal data from vulnerability and breaches. This year, security improvements have involved providing an additional layer of protection against disruption of computer systems in campus classrooms, common conference rooms, and event spaces. University of Colorado credentials are required to log on to podium computers in classrooms, conference rooms, and auditoriums managed by OIT on the CU Denver campus.

Instructions for Faculty, Staff, and Affiliates

Faculty, staff, and affiliates will need to log in to shared computers in conference rooms, classrooms, and event spaces using your Username and Password.

More information about managing university accounts or requesting a sponsored user account for guests is available at https://passport.ucdenver.edu/.

Test your credentials! Be sure you can log in to university or hospital resources using your university or affiliated system credentials. See the table below for links based on your affiliation.

How To Access Classroom Computers
CU Anschutz and CU Denver Faculty and Staff	UCHealth Faculty	Children's Hospital Colorado Faculty
Use your university username and password (same as UCD Access portal and email)	Sign on with your UCH credentials by putting UCH\ in front of your username	Sign on with your Children’s credentials by putting childrens\ in front of your username
