What is a Memorandum of Understanding?

A collaboration may be formalized through an agreement known as a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU is a broad agreement in which the University of Colorado Denver and an international partner express an intention to engage in cooperative academic or research activities.

Each MOU represents an outstanding opportunity for University of Colorado Denver faculty, staff, or students to expand their academic horizons through contact with international colleagues.
