    What is a Memorandum of Understanding?

    A collaboration may be formalized through an agreement known as a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU is a broad agreement in which the University of Colorado Denver and an international partner express an intention to engage in cooperative academic or research activities.

    Each MOU represents an outstanding opportunity for University of Colorado Denver faculty, staff, or students to expand their academic horizons through contact with international colleagues.

    The Power of Partnership: Honoring ICB’s 25 Years

    STUDY IN BEIJING, CHINA

    ICB is a joint education program between the University of Colorado Denver (CU Denver) in Denver, Colorado, USA, and China Agricultural University (CAU) in Beijing, People’s Republic of China. In 1994, this partnership was one of the first of its kind approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education. ICB is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools in the U.S. and maintains a reputation as a challenging, robust academic program.
