Student Life in Denver, CO

CU Denver has more than 120 student organizations. Students may belong to as many associations as they wish. To join a student organization a student must have a University of Colorado Denver email ("@ucdenver.edu"), which is provided upon admission to the University. Upon receiving an email account, students can visit OrgSync to register. 

Intercultural Club Beijing (ICB Club)

A student-centered organization, the ICB Club’s main goal is to maximize club members’ benefits  and to enhance their learning and living experiences while they are in the U.S. The club helps ICB students with their identity of being international students, and assists them in making connections with American society. The group additionally communicates with ICB students who are studying in Beijing and offers them information about studying abroad and professional development information. Members of the club enthusiastically share their Chinese language and culture with everyone at CU Denver.

 CU Denver | Anschutz Study Abroad Programs

During their undergraduate and graduate years at CU Denver | Anschutz, many international students choose to study abroad for two to three weeks alongside their American classmates.

The Global Education: Study Abroad office in the Office of International Affairs facilitates dozens of interesting, credit-bearing programs throughout the Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe, and Oceania.

CU Denver’s Semester in Beijing program is a semester-long, credit-bearing program that enables American students to learn at the International College Beijing location on the campus of China Agricultural University in Beijing.
