Statement on documents released April 4, 2013

AURORA, Colo. (April 5, 2013) - The University of Colorado has reviewed the documents released by Judge Samour. These documents support the prior statement from CU regarding Mr. Holmes' access card.

AURORA, Colo. (Nov. 16, 2012) - Judge Sylvester modified the order that previously prevented the University from responding to requests under the Colorado Open Records Act.

Amendment 64 does not change existing CU campus policies
