Associate Professor and Chair of philosophy Robert Metcalf has been selected to participate in Emory University's Institute for the History of Philosophy this coming June, a two-week workshop involving ten scholars in philosophy from across the country.

Later in July, Metcalf will teach a week-long text seminar on Heidegger as part of the Collegium Phaenomenologicum, in Citta di Castello, Italy.
