Helpdesk Support Service

All supported design themes receive technical support from University Web Services via a helpdesk. For detailed information regarding the level of service provided by UWS, see the Service Level Objectives.

Users can submit problems, issues or feedback using the Website Feedback form, located in the footer of all websites in the website. Users can also send an email to

Whether using the Website Feedback form or sending an email to, tickets are automatically created in the helpdesk and immediately assigned to the Level 1 support queue.

Support Hours

The support queue is monitored Monday through Friday, 7AM – 7 PM, MST.

To report a critical issue with the website during non-support hours, call the OIT help desk at 303-315-HELP (4357) and leave a voicemail. An OIT help desk technician will evaluate the criticality of the issue and respond accordingly.
