Audiovisual equipment can be checked out for use for classes or other events on the Anschutz Medical Campus and in UCD buildings on the Denver Campus. There is no charge for equipment required for classes.
Equipment available for checkout includes: data projectors, laptop computers, DVD/VCR players, digital recording equipment, public address systems, audio-conferencing phones, microphones, etc..
Requests for equipment checkout should be made a minimum of three days in advance of an event (a week is preferable) to insure availability of equipment.
On the Anschutz Medical Campus, equipment can be picked up in ED2 North, Room 5124 or delivered for a fee.
For UCD buildings on the Denver Campus, please call (303) 315-2055 to make arrangements for equipment checkout.
