Who needs a PBN?
All long distance calls made from a campus phone require the caller to have a 5-digit Personal Billing Number (PBN) for both the university and AHEC users. PBNs should be requested from your department admin who handles the telecom and other technology requests.
How to get a PBN:
New PBNs can be requested by submitting a PBN Request form located below or by visiting the OIT's Documentation Center, scroll down to the Finance Section.
All completed PBN Request forms can be submitted via email to UCD-OIT.PBNrequests@ucdenver.edu. Questions regarding the completion of the form may also be sent here.
OIT Finance will only accept forms via email that have been digitally signed. Once OIT Finance receives the completed form, we will create the 5-digit PBN and notify you of its completion. Your department will be billed each month for the calls made using that PBN to the speedtype specified on the request form.
For UCH users:
