The University's Office of Information Technology (OIT) Help Desk is your main point of contact for your University technology questions. The primary mission of the University OIT Help Desk is to provide technology assistance to university Faculty and Staff. Help Desk Technicians offer phone, email and remote support for many campus technology issues. We also handle the scheduling of OIT technicians for faculty and staff computer issues that require on-site support.
The OIT Help Desk schedules services such as: Blackberry setups, campus phone installs, on-site computer troubleshooting and setup appointments, network support and file backup services. We also have specialized groups within OIT that maintain and support various technology areas. For example: if you have an issue that requires advanced troubleshooting for an email issue, the Help Desk can work with a dedicated email support professional to get your issue resolved. The OIT Help Desk provides troubleshooting and diagnosis of University Laptop and Desktop issues (personal computers are only provided limited support).
How do I find out about computer (laptop) encryption for University systems?

How do I access Microsoft Office downloads for my University system?
The University of Colorado Denver has a Microsoft Office Suite licensing agreement for all paid employees to use Office on University systems. Go to the: University Microsoft Download Site and sign in with your University account to download Office software onto a University computer. Please note: you must be on campus to download this software and it is only for use on University-owned computers.

What Software does IT Services support?

Where are the University Student Computer Labs?
The University of Colorado Denver Student Computing Labs are a student funded system designed to meet the general computing needs of the University of Colorado Denver students. OIT maintains campus student computer labs, go to: http://www.ucdenver.edu/ess for more information.
What is VPN and how do I access it?
