Program Overview
Offers an integrated program of engineering and allied subjects related to students' goals or professional work.Students choose among four tracks of study: general mechanical engineering, mechanics, sports engineering, or thermal sciences.
Students pursuing the master of engineering in mechanical engineering can combine advanced engineering course work with graduate-level non-engineering courses such as business administration, environmental sciences, social sciences, biological sciences or public administration.
Students in the master of engineering program may choose from four tracks of study: general mechanical engineering, mechanics, sports engineering, or thermal sciences.
The master of engineering in mechanical engineering requires at least 15 credit hours of graduate-level mechanical engineering courses, a maximum of 12 credit hours of coursework outside of engineering, and 3 credit hours for a written report/final project.
