Cloud computing, productivity and collaboration tool designed for stringent security standards. The Google Workspace License is available to CU Anschutz faculty, staff and researchers. CU Anschutz students can access the Google Workspace Basic plan only. Microsoft 365 will remain the university’s primary tool of choice and Google Workspace is an additional collaboration tool for Google-specific features and applications.

Public, confidential and highly confidential data may be used with the Google Workspace License. HIPAA and FERPA information is not permitted to be used within Google Workspace. Review Data Classification guidelines to ensure you are using Google Workspace correctly.

Getting Started
Training is available through Percipio to help users utilize Google Workspace features. This training is no longer required but strongly recommended for licensed users.
