Spring Break: ICB Students Travel Far & Wide
CU Denver’s Spring Break, March 23 –29, marked a week of exciting travels for ICB students, who swapped lecture halls for passports and road trip playlists. ICB students chased city lights in Chicago, surfed Miami’s Atlantic swells, wandered San Diego’s coastal cliffs, explored LA’s creative neighborhoods, or basked in Hawaii’s volcanic landscapes. Several students crossed borders, trekking to Peru’s Inca ruins, soaking up Puerto Rico’s Caribbean rhythm, and wandering Mexico’s colorful plazas. These journeys didn’t just fill photo albums; they built confidence, curiosity, and real life global perspectives outside of the classroom. Recharged and ready, the ICB-Denver community returned with deeper friendships and a renewed drive to make the most of their remaining time in Denver – and beyond.
