Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree
2 years of professional, technical, or managerial experience in the discipline related to the teaching assignment. (Significant professional industry experience may substitute for the degree, year for year.)
Preferred Qualifications: Discipline related certifications, terminal degree or degree higher than courses being taught in related field
Experience teaching in a higher education environment in related field to teaching assignment.
Lecturers should have an expertise in one or more of the related to teaching assignment.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to communicate in a positive and effective manner, across various modalities; ability to effectively listen and share relevant information, anticipate problems, and offer suggestions for resolution, where appropriate.
Ability to establish and respond to, as well as, balance multiple work priorities, follow through, and meet established deadlines.
