Professional Level Job Summary: Associate Directors are responsible for working closely with the Director to manage a department or specific areas of a department. These positions recommend strategy, have responsibility for fiscal and/or human resources and have the authority to act on the Director's behalf.
Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
Five (5) years of related professional experience in potography, social media management, content creation, visual and mixed- mida arts, editing, or other related professional experience.
Optional Substitution: Related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's or terminal degree in communications, marketing, advertising, graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
Six (6) years of related professional experience in potography, social media management, content creation, visual and mixed- mida arts, editing, or other related professional experience.
Related professional experience as director, department supervisor, work leader, or staff authority

Supervision Exercised: No cap on supervision exercised. Should not supervise a higher professional level position.
