Bright Horizons: Fitzsimons Early Learning Center is managed by Bright Horizons. 

Sittercity: Sign up to search for caregivers in your neighborhood who meet your family’s needs.  Membership required (fees vary).

Colorado Child Care Assistance ProgramFor families that need assistance in paying for child care, the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program may be able to help. This program provides child care assistance to families who are working, searching for employment, or are in training, and families who are enrolled in the Colorado Works program and need child care services. Eligibility is set at the county level, but the Department has expanded income eligibility. For instance, a family of four living in Jefferson County can make up to $57,000 to initially qualify for child care assistance. Families can apply for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program on the Colorado PEAK website at colorado.gov/peak.

Colorado Shines: Provides a guide to find high quality Child Care in Colorado

Colorado Shines Childcare Referral at Mile High United Way: Child Care Resource & Referrals (CCR&R) specialists help families by providing referrals to child care, financial assistance information, and education about the quality and availability of care. Working within their communities, CCR&Rs identify early care and education needs, and focus on enhancing the quality and availability of services through recruiting, training, and supporting child care providers. 

Colorado Office of Early Childhood: From the Colorado Department of Human Services provides links to Colorado Shines (see above), Child Care Resource and Referral Agency, Child Care Facility Licensing History, Financial Assistance and other child care related information.

CU Denver Campus Handshake: Resource available at the Career Center for posting employment opportunities for students including child care. 

Denver YMCA: The YMCA in Denver provides before and after school care, pre-school, and camps. 

Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsAdministered by ASI Flex, a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) allows you to save between 25 to 40 percent on the cost of child care or day care for children 13 and under, and for homecare for an older or incapable dependent while you are at work or school.
