Postdoc-2-Postdoc Peer Support Group

Join the PDA on the last Friday of every month for the Postdoc-2-Postdoc Peer Support Group (P2P). Each meeting is centered around a specific topic such as work life balance or salary negotiation. The P2P moderators often invite experts and prepare helpful handouts, but the ultimate purpose of each session is to provide a platform for postdocs to share tips, talk about their experiences, or just get frustrations off their chests!

P2P is:
  • For postdocs only (no PIs!)
  • A safe place where you can chat with other postdocs
  • A brave space where you can pipe up when you usually keep quiet
P2P is NOT:
  • A structured panel of experts
  • A workshop

Click here to see the topics we covered in 2018-2019.
Have a topic you'd like to suggest or a question about P2P?
Contact our P2P Coordinator, Julie Pires Da Silva, or the PDA.

P2P is held on the last Friday of every month. Please note there will be no P2P for December - enjoy the holidays!!
