Wellness is a priority at CU Denver, and the Health and Wellness area is dedicated to providing an exceptional and holistic wellness experience for all CU Denver students.


Using the 7 Dimensions of Wellness, we strive to provide a safe, inclusive, welcoming, and accessible environment. We have fun and take pride in supporting students on their wellness journey through graduation!

    • Every month, CU Denver will be sharing tips and tricks on how to live a healthier, happier, and safer life. The topics will range from mental, physical, emotional, financial, and more. The series will be titled Wellness Wednesday and can be found on CU Denver’s official Instagram in the Instagram Story highlight at the top of the page.

  • LynxConnected
    • Lynx Connected Training: Supporting Students in Distress is a training designed for faculty, staff, and students who are interested in learning and enhancing their ability to support students in distress. This workshop is offered through the Counseling Center and covers signs and symptoms of distress/depression; cultural factors; some considerations on how to help; when to refer to a mental health professional; and available resources. The training is typically 75 to 90 minutes, to request a training click here.
