UC Denver does not inspect the units, nor does it warrant any of the information provided by the listor.
Anschutz Medical Campus housing options
There is no university-owned, on campus housing at the Anschutz Medical Campus. When looking for housing, a minimum of a four day weekend before you matriculate is suggested to find a place to live. Students should expect live alone situations to vary widely in expense and amenities, and should take the time to look over rentals carefully, and never never never sign leases on-line without having inspected the property/surrounding area in person.
Additional housing listings can be found on Craigslist at http://denver.craigslist.org/apa/ for all rental housing in the Denver-Metro area (which includes Aurora). Zip codes which surround the Anschutz Medical Campus include 80010, 80011 and 80012.

HOUSING FAIRS at the Anschutz Medical Campus
The Student Assistance Office sponsors one housing fair each year in April (coincides with early orientation for the School of Medicine, many current and incoming summer-start students find this very good timing as well). Watch your ucdenver.edu email for information on these informative events!
