Housing Listings

The Anschutz Medical Campus maintains a database of rental housing options for incoming and current students. AMC staff does not inspect the units, nor does it warrant any of the information provided by the listors. Please perform a thorough inspection before moving into any property.

Anschutz Medical Campus housing options

There are no university-owned, on-campus housing at the Anschutz Medical Campus. The Office of Campus Student Services manages the ucdenverhousing site, which serves as an off-campus housing resource for the University of Colorado Denver│Anschutz Medical Campus community.

Students: When looking for housing, a minimum of a five day weekend before you matriculate is suggested to find a place to live. Students should expect live alone situations to vary widely in expense and amenities, and should take the time to look over rentals carefully, and never never never sign leases on-line without having inspected the property/surrounding area in person.

HOUSING FAIRS at the Anschutz Medical Campus
The Office of Campus Student Services sponsors a housing fair - typically in April (coincides with early orientation for the School of Medicine, many current and incoming summer-start students find this very good timing as well). Watch your ucdenver.edu email for information on these informative events!

For more information on housing contact campusstudentservices.amc@ucdenver.edu and please include your name, school and/or program in which you are enrolled, and your student ID. Thank you!
