There is no university-owned, on campus housing at the Anschutz Medical Campus. The vacancy rate in the Denver-Metro/Aurora area is VERY low at this time.
When looking for housing, a minimum of a five day weekend before you matriculate is suggested to find a place to live. Students should expect live alone situations to vary widely in expense and amenities, and should take the time to look over rentals carefully, and never never never sign leases on-line without having inspected the property/surrounding area in person.

HOUSING FAIRS at the Anschutz Medical Campus
The Office of Campus Student Services sponsors a housing fair - typically in April (coincides with early orientation for the School of Medicine, many current and incoming summer-start students find this very good timing as well). Watch your ucdenver.edu email for information on these informative events!
