Copiers for student use are available in the following locations –
Library
- The Health Sciences Library sells copy cards for use in their machines – copies are 10 cents each on their machines.
Printing Services
- (located in the Bookstore in Building 500, 1st floor) offers self-service copiers for 10 cents/copy. Students may purchase copy cards, or pay by check/cash/credit card for copies made.
Student Organizations
Students making copies for student organizations should visit:
- their program’s student affairs office for program-specific organization copies, or
- the Student Assistance Office for interdisciplinary student organization copies.
Students should consider using the electronic technology in the classrooms to project presentations on screen for classes, and email the handouts to classmates who request the materials (or to the instructor for mass distribution and/or posting on blackboard).
Student Services Suite Copy Machine (3123 of Ed II North) and FAX machine
Students making copies for their business in the Student Services Suite (Bursar, Financial Aid, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Registrar, Student Health Services, Student Assistance Office) may request these copies to be made at our front desk. (free of charge). This copier is available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Copies for other personal business need to be made in the Library or Printing Services as noted above.
FAX info: Students may send FAXes local or long distance (but not international) at the Student Assistance Office front desk in 3123 of Ed II North. Students may receive FAXes here as well - have the sender FAX to 303/724-7685 and make sure your first and last name are legible on the FAX. The Student Assistance Office staff will EMAIL to your @ucdenver.edu address that your FAX has arrived. FAX content is confidential, and will be sealed in an envelope for you to pick up.
