 Are CARE reports anonymous?

While anonymity is not always possible or in the best interest of a student, if you wish to remain anonymous the CARE team will do it’s best to honor your privacy.

Common Misconceptions of Remaining Anonymous

1

Who can submit a CARE report?

Anyone can submit a CARE report. Whether you are a student, staff, faculty, friend, or family member, if you have a concern, please report it.

2

If I’m contacted by the CARE team, am I in trouble?

The main goal of the CARE team is to offer support and assistance. If you are contacted by our team it means there is a concern for your wellbeing or the well-being of someone you know. Safety and security is our first priority, not punishment.

3

When is the best time to submit a CARE Report?

As soon as you have a concern, report it. CARE reports can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call, go online, or come in to our office. If you have a concern, don’t wait. There is never a bad time to show concern for a student.

4

My concern doesn’t have anything to do with school. Can I still submit a report?

We offer all kinds of different support and resources beyond just scholastic. If you have a concern of any kind, please submit a report.
