Congratulations to Mark Arge
Mark is a Pipe/Mech Trades II in the Facilities Management Department on the Downtown Campus.
His Supervisor, Ed Schroeder said, “Mark is a great help and a dependable employee who can be counted on in an emergency situation and who also will go out of his way to assist others when needed.” Ed continues to say, “Mark has displayed an exceptional style of leadership skills and as a lead proctor, he ensures all tasks assigned to him and the personnel in the zone, get the job done correctly and efficiently.”
“Mark met every challenge and demand asked of him, he has helped other departments, while still continuing to keep his area in top notch condition. Mark saved the University over $20,000 of man hours during the evaluation cycle by reducing preventative maintenance and helping to repair equipment on the buildings that are scheduled to be decommissioned.”
Deborah Makray, Operations Manager for Executive Programs on the Downtown Campus comments, “Mark is very knowledgeable when it comes to troubleshooting problems and indentifying solutions. He has a willingness to make recommendations and suggestions, and always wants to schedule fixes according to our schedule. He has a willingness to help.”
