What is autocomplete?  The autocomplete feature is designed to display suggestions for names and email addresses as shown below:
After the distribution groups are converted to Microsoft Office 365, you will need to remove the autocomplete entry for any distribution groups you send to.  If you do not remove the autocomplete entry, you will receive a bounce message when sending to the group:
The email address you entered couldn't be found or is invalid. It may be due to a bad entry in your Outlook or Outlook Web App recipient AutoComplete cache.
If you receive the above bounce message use these instructions for removing autocomplete entries:

Follow these steps first to try and correct it:

1.    Select the unwanted name or email address by using the UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW key.
2.    Click X.jpg  or press DELETE.

 3. The check/verify the name, be sure to use the "Global Address List", and not the older "Offline Global Address List".  The new Global Address List will have your new (correctly-working) Distribution List.
4. Retype the address name at which point it will be looked up and the new address will be found in the directory, then try sending it again.
