The Office of the Registrar is dedicated to making resources easily obtainable by our students. To ensure a great experience at UC Denver, it is to the student's benefit to be aware of their rights and policies.

Grades

Find your final grades through your campus portal S.M.A.R.T. (Downtown) and PINNACLE (Anschutz) approximately two weeks after the end of the semester. You will find information on final grades, letter grades, incompletes, no-credit and pass/fail information.

Transcripts

Transcripts are the permanent and unabridged student educational record. Here you'll learn about ordering transcripts, priority services options, and charges.

Enrollment verification

Students who receive loan deferment forms from their lenders or those in need of enrollment verification for other purposes can submit their forms or requests to the Student Service Center or the Office of the Registrar.

Tuition appeals

If a student feels he or she has an extenuating circumstance that justifies an exception to financial obligations, the student may appeal and it will be reviewed by the tuition appeals coordinator.
