For Individual Campus Visits
Check below for important dates regarding Maymester. These dates are also in the Academic Calendar. Note:
- Students are responsible to abide by these deadlines.
- If your name is not on the official class roster, you are not officially registered in the course.
You must use your official e-mail address on record; communication regarding registration will be sent via e-mail to students during the registration period.

Billing information for Maymester 2013 will be published in February 2013
Required deposit
There is a required registration advance payment of $200.00. This payment must be made before you can register. The ONLY exception to this requirement is if the Financial Aid Office has received your FAFSA data and you have completed the University Application for Financial Aid. Students who withdraw after the first day classes will forfeit the $200.00 registration advance payment.
Tuition adjustments
The first day of Maymester is the last day to receive a tuition adjustment for Maymester classes.
E-billing
The University of Colorado Denver has implemented an official e-bill (electronic billing) program. All registered students must access their bill through the UCD Access portal.
Campus Village residents
Students living in Campus Village will be given an opportunity to extend their lease to allow for enrollment in a Maymester class. Students staying for Maymester will be billed 25 percent of their monthly room charges and will be allowed to extend their lease termination date through June 6. Students must contact Aimee Leaming at salesdenver@edrtrust.com, 303-242-3599 to take advantage of this opportunity, and provide a copy of Maymester registration to establish eligibility.
