Grade Rosters for each of your classes are available by logging into the portal with your campus credentials using the same user id and password that you use to access your University web mail. Please keep in mind that the University of Colorado System and UC Denver ITS security policies require you to protect your credentials and keep them in your possession only; and that no employee should use any other faculty or staff member’s logon credentials.
Go to www.ucdenver.edu/ucdaccess to log on, and click on the Faculty Tab in the upper left hand corner of the page, then on Faculty Center in the yellow box. Click on ‘My Schedule’ and your grade roster(s) will appear on the left side of the page next to your class roster(s).
If you need assistance with your logon credentials, call the ITS help desk at (303) 724–4357.
If you can logon to UCD Access but the Faculty tab does not appear, please send an email to UCDSecurityAccess@ucdenver.edu.

UCD Faculty Grading Metro students
On Monday, May 13, 2013 the University of Colorado Denver Registrar’s Office will email you the grade roster for any Metro students who were enrolled in any of your Fall 2012 class(es).
Please complete the grade roster and return it to the Registrar’s Office Thursday, May 23, 2013 by 10:00am.
Grade Roster Submission Information
You may email your completed grade rosters to Grades@ucdenver.edu. Your email MUST be sent from your official UC Denver email address.
You may also fax your grade roster to the Registrar’s Office at 303-315-2550, please make the fax attention to Leslie Mitchell.
If you would like to drop off your grade roster to the Registrar’s Office we are located in the CU Building, Annex 100 which is located on the Southwest corner of 14th St. and Larimer. Please submit to Leslie Mitchell.

Beginning Spring 2013, MSU Denver Faculty will submit grades for their UC-Denver pooled students using a hard-copy grade roster. The rosters will be available in the respective Dean’s offices. The due dates and contact information for MSU Denver and UC-Denver are as follows:

Completed Grade Rosters are due by/on Wednesday, May 22nd.
