The goal of the Community Engagement Program at the Experiential Learning Center is to facilitate
learning through service in the community. We coordinate community engagement activities that are academically relevant and contribute to the needs of the Metro Denver community. Our services include providing information and resources, coordinating service programs and projects for and with students, faculty, and campus organizations, and developing community partnerships. Our purpose is to encourage UC Denver students to become "engaged" citizens by applying their education outside the classroom.
