Dave Frazier, PE, is a senior engineer and vice president with Merrick & Company. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from Colorado State University and is a registered professional engineer in the State of Colorado. He has over 38 years of experience in consulting engineering for civil infrastructure projects.
Frazier is past chair of the Colorado chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC-CO) joint education committee and past chair of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce transportation committee. He is also the past president of the Colorado chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA-CO), and a current member of the APWA-CO 2011 National Congress planning committee. Frazier has served on professional advisory boards for various local engineering colleges and universities.
As a civil engineer, Frazier has been involved in many of Merrick's most complex infrastructure projects over the years as well as providing consulting engineering services to numerous cities, counties, and state and federal agencies.
