The development or novel use of biomarkers related to lung cancer. This includes biomarkers in biological samples as well as those derived from CT images.

What makes you passionate about or interested in biostatistics?

Biostatistics was initially interesting to me because it allowed mathematical thinking and statistical tools to be applied to cancer research. That initial interest was nearly 15 years ago and has only strengthened since.
