Student-Level Data

Welcome to the Reporting Website for the Office of the Registrar

This site provides information and data for CU Denver student-level reporting. Information related to Admissions as well as a student’s matriculated record can be accessed. Release of information is governed by the Family Educational and Privacy Rights Act of 1974 (FERPA).

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and timely information for operational and business process use by schools and colleges, departments, administration, staff administrative offices, and internal and external academic-related organizations.

Other University Reporting Resources

The Office of the Registrar can only provide data related to Admissions and Student Records areas. Please consider the following resources for other student data requests:

Data Definitions

Self-Reporting Library

The reporting library allows individuals to access a repository of existing student-level detail reports. Most reports are initiated by prompts to allow for flexibility in identifying student populations.

Data Request Form

If the Self-Reporting Library does not contain a report to address business needs, users can request a custom report. By completing the Data Request Form, requestors provide all the information needed to create a new report.

Interface Information and Request

Student Data Repositories are information systems housing student information outside of the system of record.  For current interfaces connected to CU-SIS, you will need to request student-level data approval and creation of new extract for your internal system.
