Campus and Workplace Culture Survey

What is the Campus and Workplace Culture (CWC) Survey?

Here at CU Denver, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all members of our community feel respected, supported, and valued. Through this survey, our goal is to gather information from students, faculty, and staff that will help us understand our campus culture. With your insights, we will find ways to make CU Denver an even more welcoming and enriching place to work and to learn.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are integral parts of the CU strategic plan and specific metrics will result from the initial survey and action plans developed post-survey. Progress will be monitored through metrics, action plans, and future survey administration. We will use the results from this survey to better understand our existing culture and to identify both strengths and areas of concern in order to make recommendations for creating and sustaining a just, equitable, and inclusive culture at CU.

CU Denver is launching a pulse survey this October to to gauge the university’s progress over the past two years, measure against existing goals, and guide DEI-related work moving forward. The pulse survey will be sent to all faculty and staff starting on Oct. 2 and will be open until Oct. 16. The survey will be sent to students beginning on Oct. 16. It will be sent from Qualtrics and take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete. Students: Take the CWC pulse survey by Dec. 16 for a chance to win AirPods, a TV, a VR headset, an iPad, Nintendo Switch, and more!
