2012 RTP AMC Dossier Information from Provost Nairn:

In order to finish the reviews of all tenure cases so that we can meet the deadlines for the June 2011 Regents meeting, we have established some due dates for the 2011 year. These dates pertain to all AMC dossiers that need to be reviewed by the AMC Vice Chancellor’s Advisory Committee (VCAC) – i.e., all tenure dossiers and all non-unanimous promotion dossiers:

  1. By January 2, 2012: Please send projected numbers of cases that will need VCAC review to Debbie Wangerin at
  2. By March 1, 2012: Dossiers due to Debbie Wangerin in Academic Resources, Ed 2 North, 5th floor. (If you have cases that are not yet ready to go to Debbie, please let Sara know expected dates by which they will be available – so that she can map out the work of the VCAC for the months of March and April.)
  3. By May 1, 2012: All completed dossiers with VCAC recommendations are due to Sara for Provost and Chancellor review prior to forwarding to Regents.
