Baltimore-Integraton-PartnershipThe Annie E. Casey Foundation, in coordination with the Baltimore Integration Partnership (the BIP), has asked the University of Colorado Denver’s Research Center on Collaborative Governance’s PARTNER Team, to conduct an organizational network study that will assess the ways in which the BIP partners collaborate  with one another, as well as with local businesses, residents, and community-based organizations.
