Curriculum Vitae
Bio: Assistant Professor Ely received his Ph.D. from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University and holds an M.P.A. from the University of Arizona. His research and teaching interests include the financing of state and local public services, public and not-for-profit financial management, education policy, and research methods. He previously worked in management consulting and university administration.
