Position
What I do: I provide project administrative assistance to all Fund 30 or 31 Principal Investigators with regard to tracking project budgets including shortfall or deficit issues. I handle SPO creation, journal entries, funding distributions, Payroll Expense Transfers, and A-21 compliance issues. I work directly with the Office of Grants and Contracts Program Administrator to rectify any potential budget issues. I also provide backup to CSPH Grants and Contracts Pre-Award and Payroll, when the need arises.
Contact me when: You need to discuss a Fund 30 or 31 project, make changes to estimated budgets, change funding distributions, move budget line items from one project to another (or to another account code), work out estimated budgets for carry forward or extended year requests. You can also contact me when you have trouble reading your monthly budget reports, need additional reports or have general project coordination questions.
Background
Teresa joined the school in her current role in 2010. Prior to her current role, Teresa worked at the Center for American Indian and Alaska Native Health.
