The Guitar Program at the University of Colorado Denver is one of the few music colleges in the country that offers jazz and commercial guitar as an degree emphasis. The guitar program is designed to provide all guitar students with the skills needed to become a proficient, viable and versatile musician in today's diverse musical marketplace. Our guitar faculty is comprised of qualified, versatile, educated, energetic guitar instructors who are also working professionals skilled in teaching many musical styles including jazz, classical, world music, latin and rock.
