The LYNX National Arts and Media Camps are summer immersion programs for high school students interested in music and the arts hosted on the University of Colorado Denver campus and sponsored by the CU Denver College of Arts & Media. Students learn from faculty, are mentored by current students and bond with other students who have a shared passion for the art!

Returning camp students- Please submit a 2017 application. You will be able to select you are a returning student to skip portions of the application. Please contact us if you have any questions. ​​

Application Deadlines

We anticipate that some programs will fill to capacity so students are encouraged to apply early! 

Priority Deadline​*- March 31, 2017 

Regular DeadlineMay 15, 2017

*Student who apply by the priority deadline will have priority for admission and scholarships.

        Applications will be reviewed on the 15th of each month.

LYNX Camp courses are taught by CU Denver College of Arts & Media faculty members in our state-of-the-art facilities. Leading arts professionals from the Denver community and beyond provide guest lectures and performances. In addition to customized instruction in an academic program of choice, students have the opportunity to experience the programs offered at the College of Arts & Media. During Sessions One and Two of the camp, evening and weekend activities are provided that consist of cultural, recreation and co-curricular programs.
