The Facilities Projects Division provides design, construction, and construction management services for all University of Colorado Denver projects.
Proposed additions, alterations or modifications in space configurations; the change in mechanical, electrical or plumbing service; or any exterior alterations requires the initiator to submit a Work Request.
More extensive projects are initiated by a formal Facility Program Plan, prepared by Institutional Planning, in conformance with the campus Master Plan.
The role of Facilities Projects is to shepherd design and construction projects to completion, while consistently exemplifying Facilities Management’s core values of excellence, integrity, accountability, and stewardship at all times with our internal customers and partners.
