Project Overview
The Building 500 Phase 3 Renovation included the space on the ground, 1st, 6th, and 7th floors. Occupants include School of Medicine Cancer Center, Dean's office, Central Services & Administration and Chancellor’s office & staff. Building 500 was originally designed and constructed as a hospital which proved challenging to adapt to the extensive office space needed for the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. The overall renovation helped complete the balance of the move from the 9th and Colorado Campus to the new Anschutz Medical Campus.
