Project Overview
This 204,974gsf, eight-level academic office facility includes program, faculty and staff offices, conference rooms, and office support space, housing the various faculty and staff of five schools of the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. The building was programmed and designed to provide office environments that are flexible and functional, with an aesthetic character that provides a high quality academic environment. The project was completed in August 2007, at a cost of $39.2 million.
