Project Overview
This project will complete the pre-demolition remediation of the facilities and property at the 9th Ave. and Colorado Blvd. campus in advance of the transfer of the property to the Master Developer, Shea Properties. Buildings have been remediated as they are vacated. All University of Colorado Denver buildings on the 9th Ave campus have been remediated except the School of Medicine building, School of Nursing building, Belle Bonfils building, Webb Waring building, Cooling Tower/ Motor Pool, Power Plant, and the Laundry building.
