Project Overview
17th Place, the main East / West pedestrian corridor through the Anschutz Medical Campus, was transformed to support pedestrian traffic and to house the largest state funded public art piece ever installed. Through the full length of the 1,200 foot corridor the existing roadway was removed and landscaping, foundations and lighting for the art work was installed. Pedestrian lighting was also installed the full length of the corridor.
