Fitzsimons Building (FKA B500) – Replace Electrical Switch Gear

Project Overview

Replacement of existing electrical load centers serving the Fitzsimons Building (formerly known as B500). This state-funded controlled maintenance project is being designed and constructed in multiple phases to systematically replace all three (3) load centers, including medium voltage primary switches, 13.2 KV - 480/277V transformers and low voltage switchboards. The new equipment enclosures will be NEMA 3R for exterior exposure and integrated on pre-fabricated structural steel skids to minimize replacement time.
