CU Denver Priorities

In fall 2016, Chancellor Dororthy Horrell established five priorities to guide CU Denver's ongoing success:
  • Elevate student success.
  • Advance excellence and innovation in teaching, research and creative work.
  • Strengthen our position as a vital community asset.
  • Create a more cohesive, collaborative and inclusive CU Denver culture.
  • Achieve long-term financial stability and sustainability
These priorities emerged from Chancellor Horrell's 2016 Reach Out and Listen Tour, a series of collaborative forums and meetings with faculty, staff, students and community members that established a shared vision for the bright future of CU Denver.
In fall 2017, the chancellor addressed progress on these strategic priorities in her annual State of the Campus Address:

  • Looking back and moving forward, 1-17-17
