How to Apply

The Office of Admissions and Student Affairs is pleased to work with you as you begin the application process. Most applicants will use the Schools of Public Health Application Services (SOPHAS) common online application to apply to a program at the Colorado School of Public Health. However because application requirements vary by program, you may need to fill out and submit some additional supplementary documents. For more information, please select the program to which you're applying using the navigation bar on this screen.

As of October 1, 2019, the GRE test will no longer be required for admission to the Master of Public Health (MPH) and Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) Programs at the Colorado School of Public Health.
