Student Billing - Bursar's Office

​February 6 (Wednesday)

• Census Date:  Last day to withdraw and receive a full tuition rebate.

February 8 (Friday)

• Payment due date for spring tuition and fees.
• 1.75% Service Charge applied to accounts with past due balances (for students enrolled in the deferred payment plan, service charges will be assessed based on their respective installment due dates).
• Deadline to request the deferred payment plan.

February 11 (Monday)

• Post E-Bills online for students who register after January 7 and for students who have new or unpaid charges (due February 28).

February 28 (Thursday)

• Second tuition and fee due date:
• unpaid balances and new charges.
• second payment of the tuition bill under the deferred payment plan.
• 1.75% Service Charge applied to accounts with past due balances (for students enrolled in the deferred payment plan, service charges will be assessed based on their respective installment due dates).

​March 4 (Monday)

• Post E-Bills online for students who have any new or unpaid charges (due March 29).

March 29 (Friday)

• Third tuition and fee due date:
• unpaid balances and new charges
• third payment of the tuition bill under the deferred payment plan
• 1.75% Service Charge applied to accounts with past due balances (for students enrolled in the deferred payment plan, service charges will be assessed based on their respective installment due dates).

​April 1 (Monday)

• Post E-Bills online for students who have any new or unpaid charges (due April 30).

April 30 (Tuesday)

• April payment due date:
• unpaid balances and new charges
• 1.75% Service Charge applied to accounts with past due balances.

​May 18 (Saturday)

• Last day to authorize COF voucher via UCDAccess.
• End of Spring Semester.
