E-Bills are online student billing statements. E-Bills display the same information as paper billing statements (for example: charges for tuition and fees, as well as credits and payments).
E-Bills save paper and postage, are accessible 24 hours a day from anywhere with internet access, allow easy access for parents and other authorized third parties, and eliminate the need to wait by the mailbox for a bill to arrive.
As a student, you will receive a monthly notification to your official University email account stating that your current E-Bill is available. This email notification will include a link to the UCDAccess portal and step-by-step instructions for accessing your E-Bill.
To access your E-Bill, please logon to the UCDAccess portal, click on the "Student" tab, then click the yellow "Student Center" button. Choose from the available payment/viewing options listed under the "Finances" section and follow the instructions provided.

Yes. You may set up other individuals (such as a parent, guardian, employer, or other third party) as “Authorized Payers” to view your E-Bill and make payment online. Any Authorized Payer you establish will receive an email notification each time a new E-Bill is available. If your parent or guardian typically pays your tuition and fee bill, UC Denver encourages you to establish that person as an Authorized Payer.
To establish an individual as an Authorized Payer, simply select the “Setup Authorized Payers” link in the "Finances" section of the Student Center in UCDAccess and follow the instructions provided. You may create up to 5 unique Authorized Payers.
Not necessarily. Your E-Bill is basically a snapshot of your student account – very much like any paper bills you may receive. Any student account activity that has taken place since the E-Bill was created will not be reflected. The “Account Balance” provided in the "Finances" section of the Student Center in UCDAccess is your true student account balance.
You may contact the UC Denver Bursar’s Office with additional questions about E-Billing. Please send your question to the following address: bursar@ucdenver.edu.
