The Peer Advocate Leaders (PAL) program promotes leadership for all students involved by matching undergraduate student leaders with first year students. The mentoring relationship is designed to foster student engagement and academic success by providing peer-level support that fosters student achievement, growth, and learning throughout students’ academic career at the University of Colorado Denver.
