New Student Orientation is designed to help you make the best possible transition to the University. Specific orientation programs are available throughout the academic year.
Participating in New Student Orientation is your next step to officially becoming a CU Denver Student! All first-time freshmen are required to complete orientation. Freshmen who are admitted for the fall 2014 semester must complete a summer orientation. Freshmen orientation is a full day, so please plan accordingly. Freshmen can sign up for a summer orientation session by visiting the UCDAccess student portal, beginning March 18, 2014. For more information, please visit our freshmen tab.
Fall 2014 Freshman Orientation dates:
o April 25 (CLOSED)
o May 9 and 30 (CLOSED)
o June 6, 13, 20 and 27
o July 11 and 18
All Freshman Orientations will take place in North Classroom
Newly admitted freshmen also must complete the New Student checklist in order to register for courses.

First-time freshmen and newly admitted transfer students can sign up for an online orientation date by visiting their UCDAccess student portal. (STARTING MARCH 18, 2014)
- Login to UCDAccess (www.ucdenver.edu/ucdaccess)
- Select your Student tab
- Select Sign up for Orientation (right hand column)
